Trilith Studios

Trilith Studios, previously known as Pinewood Atlanta Studios, is an American film and television production studio located south of Atlanta in Fayette County, Georgia. Adjacent to the new European-inspired Town at Trilith, Trilith Studios is built for storytelling through technology. It is the second-largest purpose-built film and television studio in North America and includes a 400-acre backlot featuring over 1 million square feet of production facilities and is pending further expansion.
The site is always buzzing with activity. Film and TV credits include Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, Ant-Man and The Wasp, Wandavision, Family Feud (seasons 23 and 24), She-Hulk, and many others. Francis Ford Coppola’s star-studded Megalopolis will be the first production to film on Stage 22, one of the most advanced virtual production facilities in the world.
The studios’ success recently resulted in Trilith Development filing zoning plan amendments for an additional 4.7 million square feet of studio, film stage, production, warehouse, office, retail space, and 55 residential units on an additional 217 acres of land.
Rochester | DCCM has had continuous involvement with Trilith Studios since 2013 as an integral part of the development team with responsibilities for surveying, zoning entitlements, civil engineering design, permitting, construction layout, and platting of final lots. Phase 4 completed in 2021, which contains the new Stage 22.
